We did a quick getaway to the California coast last weekend; left Thursday night and ended up on the beach by mid-day on Friday...then it was back to Salt Lake Saturday night. It was a really quick trip with lots of driving but it was nice to see the ocean and feel some warmth of the sun, when the sun decided to hang out. Yeah, it was pretty cold.
